We are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time due to the nature of our product. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice.
If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at [email protected] and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.
Nova Supply will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

 

SHIPPING
For orders within Canada, we ship Domestic for 1-7 day shipping. For the rest of the world, we use Canada Post shipping – while this may take 7-14 business days, it is shipped with all the duties paid meaning you won’t get hit with any surprise fees.
We Ship locally in Ontario, Canada- they do not ship on weekends but usually ship same day or the day after the order was received.
Nova Supply is not responsible for paying additional Duties charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.
Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of BARE KNUCKLES and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

 

Q: Do you ship orders to the EU? If so, how will orders to the EU be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the EU. To get your order to you, we’ve intensely tried every method to see what best fits our international customers, with two options,

First option is Tracked Packet™ International which is estimated to take 6-8 days to get to you.

Second option is Small Packet™ International which is estimated 5-8 days, and has NO TRACKING, and not guaranteed between those days.
