The inspiration behind these timeless pieces is from his experiences of being unprepared for the cold weather when visiting the beach as a child. From the cream cotton representing sand, to the espresso brown representing wet mud. This isn’t about the the moments leading up to it or even the moment itself. This is about the resonating sound about the brief instance of clarity the sudden light that fills the darkness. This is about how something so impactful can be so soothing how it makes a mother hug her child so calmly, or make the toughest man a softy. A cry so loud it is near godly, but its ripples resonate softly.
